Theodoris, or Theo, has become a renowned figure in the culinary world for his bohemian style and passion for preparing dishes while he was half-submerged in the seawater. Now, he brings this unique experience on a beautifully crafted wooden boat, offering an exclusive private cooking service that merges the essence of pure nature with the art of gastronomy.

Theo’s culinary journey began with serving exquisite dishes such as sea urchins and ceviche made from fish caught the same day by local fishermen. His commitment to using the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients is non-negotiable. Every vegetable is grown on the island by local farmers, and the fish re so fresh they might as well have jumped straight from the sea onto your plate. Theo himself harvests sea salt from the rocks, known as “afrala,” and uses olive oil from his own groves in the Peloponnese, ensuring the most refined production.

Herbs like wild thyme, gathered from the hills of Mykonos, are carefully grown in pots on board, always fresh and ready to enhance each dish. The zest of fresh lemons from island trees is a finishing touch that adds a burst of flavor to nearly every plate. Watching him cook, looks simple, but when you taste the food, you’re blown away by the perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, and saltiness. The result is a meal so fresh and delicious that you can’t stop eating until every bite is gone. Remarkably, no matter how much you eat, you won’t experience any heaviness.

Not only are Theo’s dishes delectable, but they are also visually stunning. Each plate is a work of organic beauty, presenting gourmet quality without any sense of over-trying. From the meticulous preparation to the final presentation, he thrives on the joy and satisfaction of his guests. We saw this firsthand during our filming. Even though he wasn’t getting paid on the day of filming, his dedication to making each dish perfect was making clear that he lives for this.

Theo started by cooking in the seawater, but now he’s taken his service on his boat. It’s designed as an open private kitchen, allowing him to offer the same incredible experience in total privacy.
